A pub run by the lovely Greene King pub company. We like 'em because nearly all of their pubs are dog friendly. The Dolphin is no exception. It's based a short journey east of Braintree proper, towards the village of Stisted and Bradwell. It's worth your time to travel outside of the town of Braintree itself for this dog friendly pub, as it has a little bit of something to please everyone. There's a large menu that consists of great quality food, plenty of beers and ales on tap, and a lovely outside beer garden.
