One of the last things you'll see when you leave Brighton via Dyke Road... and we have a hard time not stopping there because the burgers are just that good. This serves as a great pitstop on walks too, as you have some stunning environments around you including Three Corner Copse (which itself isn't far from Hove Park) and Green Ridge – a large and expansive field where your dog can romp around with friends.

So, back to those burgers... they're brilliant. Hilltop Cafe may look like an unassuming roadside burger stall, but it does some of the best burgers we've had in Brighton & Hove. Ingredients are carefully selected and locally sourced. The vegan Moving Mountains burger that's served there is phenomenal too and will fool even the biggest of carnivores.
