A wine bar and bistro in central York serving up what it calls 'petit plats' or small plates, all focused on utilising locally grown and sourced produce. They proudly get vegetables from local farms, source their dairy foods from the esteemed local farm The Courtyard Dairy, and source charcuterie from the very best farms in Britain and France. All in all, it's safe to say that the food screams quality here.

Yet there's even more work going into the wine menu. They focus on working with small growers and producers of wines who use minimal intervention in the natural wine development processes. Really love the ethos of Cave du Cochon, and it's a pleasure to visit with your dog.
