Brighton’s Best Dog Friendly Restaurants

Brighton is a wonderful city to visit. It’s colourful, bright, friendly, unique, bohemian and most importantly for us, very dog friendly! From very dog friendly public transport, to wonderful walks nearby, be they on the seafront or up on the South Downs.

When it comes to eating out, Brighton has a lot to offer, and many restaurants are dog friendly. There are a lot of places that will gladly offer a place for you and best pal but here are a couple of our favourite restaurants to grab a bite to eat.

Purezza

The UK’s first vegan pizzeria. Brighton has a great choice of vegan eateries but Purezza is top of the list. They have an imaginative and delicious menu ensuring that the best food doesn’t have to contain animal products. Don’t believe us? Their Parmigiana Party pizza won the National Pizza Award 2018, and they also picked up an award at the World Pizza Championships in Italy.

The restaurant has a great, laid-back, friendly atmosphere and they also caters for gluten free diets. The staff are beyond welcoming to dogs too… very lovely!

Moshimo

If you like Janapense food and sushi then Moshimo is the place to be. Alongside their multi award-winning menu they also have one of the most innovative and stylish restaurants in Brighton, including a ‘traditional’ sushi conveyor belt.

Food is made fresh on site in an open style kitchen and they are also dedicated to sustainable fishing practises. They also have outside seating if al fresco dining is your thing and the staff will also be on hand to offer some friendly advice and great service.

Cin Cin

A Michelin Bib Gourmand accredited restaurant, Cin Cin is for those pooches who are used to the finest in life! Cin Cin make incredible, authentic handmade pasta alongside classic Italian small plates. If you’re into your wines, they also have a superb wine selection to go alongside your meal and the staff are always on hand to make suggestions for the best flavour combinations.

Lucky Beach

What could be better than enjoying good quality food whilst watching the sunset across the sea? Lucky Beach are located, as their name would suggest, right on the beach. Their staff are always friendly and welcoming and they have the best burgers in Brighton. They aren’t just your average burgers – they have plenty of innovative ingredients like ketchup leather and cheese fondue.

We particularly enjoy grabbing a seat outside when the summer months are here. Catching a few rays whilst enjoying your burger and a beer is just bliss after a long dog walk on Brighton seafront.

Here’s hoping you have a great dining experience in Brighton, whether you live there or are just visiting for the day! If you have any other dog friendly restaurant recommendations, just give us a shout in the comments below.

Thank you so much! We did the full Brighton & Hove food tour when we were down for a little August staycation this summer.
