The Old Vine has one of the most interesting and creative kitchen teams at the helm in the whole of Winchester. They provide a range of pub classics, but the menu really comes to life when they're allowed to let their creativity loose. The Old Vine has a whole range of dishes unique to them, blending a fusion of European flavours together. There are dishes such as roasted Mediterranean seabass fillet with lemon and caper butter, lamb shank slow-braised with redcurrant, mint and rosemary, and Indian-spiced Scottish salmon fillet with red lentil, coconut and spinach dhal. There are a few great vegan options on offer here too. Highly, highly recommended!
