Home of Brighton's best small batch handcraft houmous. Think of this place like a craft beer brewery but for houmous. They do a range of incredible handmade houmouses (houmice?), including the cult favourite, Thunder Garlic. Packed with so much garlic it'll ward off vampires (and potential coworkers) for days, but oh my word is it worth it. They have a fantastic cafe menu on offer too, and all of it is very unique food. The falafel bolognese is a favourite for us, but a Smorl's salad might just be our favourite salad in the whole world. Yep, the whole world. Honestly, we'd take one of these luxurious salads over the dirtiest burger you can find, and that's saying something for burger fanatics like ourselves.

Smorl's is situated in the Brighton Open Market, who allow dogs in at all times... just make sure they're on a leash!
