Roots & Seeds is as much a mission and a vision as it is a restaurant-cum-cafe. It's all about locally grown, sustainably sourced food – and is unrelenting in its quest to ensure that everything that you eat there has an ethical and sustainable history to it. Farm to fork is the name of the game here. Staff will be happy to talk you through what's gone into each dish, and are clearly passionate about the mission. You can find sustainable meat and fish, local egg dishes, and a range of great veggie and vegan options too. Dogs are very welcome, and the restaurant's position on Cirencester Park makes it a fantastic place to enjoy a dog walk afterwards.
