A lovely cafe dedicated to healthy and wholesome options, based in central Worthing and just a short walk from the seafront. Really high quality cafe food here, with plenty of vegan options and gluten-free goodies too. We love the smashed avocado on toast, can certainly be persuaded by some poached eggs, and like to wash it down with one of their protein smoothies and a great coffee. Lovely place to take your dog too, and the staff are always very welcoming. Well worth checking out when you're in Worthing!
