Michael Bremner needs no introduction in the Brighton dining scene, with 64 Degrees having won numerous awards throughout the years. Murmur is a more casual, yet equally brilliant concept with him at the helm.

Cheaper, more casual, yet just as fantastic in the culinary department. Murmur is based a stone's throw from the Brighton i360 on the seafront – a haven for dog walkers, and thus a haven for your dog. Whilst you'll have to sit outside here with your dog, it's not really a problem. Inside, the restaurant is somewhat small, and even when I've been without my dog I've chosen to sit outside.

Highly recommend, with a varied range of British cuisine, but with Michael Bremner's unmistakable flair to it.
