A taste of Southern American BBQ here on the coast of North Wales. Hickory's has multiple venues, and this one is situated in the Rhos-on-Sea area of Colwyn Bay.

This is heaven for meat lovers. With gorgeous meats cooked from the smokehouse, you can enjoy pulled pork, brisket, and racks of ribs done to perfection. There are also other dishes inspired by Tex-Mex and BBQ cuisine, including fajitas, burgers, and mac 'n' cheese. Surprisingly, there's a very solid range of vegan options too!

The restaurant isn't dog-friendly inside, but has some adorable outside heated huts for you to sit in where dogs are welcome. What's more, the staff are known to slip a little brisket to doggy visitors... they'll certainly want to head back time and time again.
