Dulse & Brose is the official restaurant situated within The Bosville Hotel. This isn't fully dog-friendly, but has a great dog-friendly area at the bar where you are very welcome to sit and enjoy some food and drink.

This place is particularly cool for getting a real flavour of Scotland. Dulse has been eaten in the region for millennia, dating back to the Celts. Meanwhile, brose is a form of uncooked porridge. The name highlights the restaurant's ode to Scottish culture. Every dish on the menu is recognisable as a classic, and yet has a particular Scottish or Isle of Skye twist to it. Fantastic food, and all very locally sourced.
