This is one of Falmouth's original coffee shops, still going strong today. It's sat within a beautiful old listed building, making it a favourite of history and architecture buffs as well as coffee drinkers. The building was erected by Mr de Wynn, a hotelier in Falmouth, but has been running as a cafe since 1983. In addition to great coffee and tea (from the Tregothnan tea company, who grow tea locally on the banks of the River Fal), they also have a good range of scones, cakes, and sandwiches, often using local fresh ingredients such as Falmouth crab. Always welcoming to people and dogs, well worth a trip!
