Bring The Pooch's verdict

Another dog friendly gem in the centre of York. Cut & Chase is part gourmet goodness, with menus from brunch through to an evening a la carte, and part cocktail bar. There's a large cocktail menu, with a focus on unique and creative cocktails invented by the team at Cut & Chase. They also have a whole range of twists they've made to the classic Negroni cocktail, such as barrel aged Negronis and smoked Negronis. There's a rather vast wine list on the go too if that's more your thing. There's some great outside seating for you and your dog. Oh and don't miss steak night every Wednesday form 5pm! Cracking Sunday Roasts available too, and some good vegan options as well.
