Frome's finest French fare can be found at Bistro Lotte at the top of Catherine Street. These guys run a bistro every single day of the week serving up great food from cold pressed juices and coffees to full evening menus replete with French cuisine such as boeuf bourguignon and bouillabaise. Their steaks are from locally reared, grass fed cows too. They also have a good range of vegetarian options and (unusually for a French restaurant) a good range of vegan ones too.

Bistro Lotte also operates a great B&B for those who want to stay in the area.
