Don't ask us how to say Baltzersen's, we'll probably muck it up. But if you ask us what we think to think, we'll wax lyrical about this wonderful little spot. For starters, they are extremely dog friendly. So much so, in fact, that they run a Dogs of Baltzersen's Instagram page (which has sadly fallen a little dormant now), which is indicative of how much they LOVE having dogs visit. It's fantastic for humans too, though. It packs plenty of Scandinavian Hygge charm into its interiors and food. Some gorgeous Danish inspired dishes pack the menu, complete with vegan and gluten free options too.
