You know you're stepping into a great venue when you visit Major Tom's Social. For starters, it's inspired by Bowie at his very best. But also it packs plenty of awards and press to showcase just how good it is. They have been nominated for "best newcomer " at the Harrogate Hospitality Awards, and since opening they've been featured in the likes of The Guardian, ShortList and are now included in the "Good Beer Guide" & Lonely Planet Travel Guide. These guys do several things well: beer, stonebaked pizza, and a warm and welcome vibe. We wouldn't say they're just dog friendly – we'd go as far as to say they ADORE dogs and are always ecstatic when you turn up with one! Go, drink beer, enjoy pizza, and have your pooch patted.
