Bristol is known for its fantastic tapas restaurants, and one of the very is Poco. It's a concept put together and executed by the supremely talented Tom Hunt, an ex-River Cottage head chef. Ethical eating and sustainability are at the very core of this fantastic restaurant, and Poco has previously been Sustainable Restaurant of the Year. They have an excellent green policy. The menu itself is fantastic, packed with creative and delicious dishes, including plenty of vegan food and lots of gluten-free goodies as well. Poco isn't ideal for dogs, as they are only welcome in the bar area, but nonetheless it's so good that we wouldn't miss out on this fantastic restaurant if you get the chance to go.
